9.1. A delay or failure by Essentials to exercise any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
9.2. Skin responds differently from person to person, and results may vary. Product information and recommendations on the Website, or given by our team or through WhatsApp, are general guidance and not medical advice. We recommend that You read the ingredient list, do a patch test before first use, and consult a dermatologist or doctor before using any product if You have a skin condition, allergies, or are pregnant or nursing. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
9.3. Sun protection: sunscreen reduces, but does not fully prevent, the effects of sun exposure. Use it as directed on the pack.
10. SURVIVAL
The provisions dealing with intellectual property, compliance with laws, links to third parties, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution continue to apply after termination or expiry of your relationship with Essentials.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1. To the extent permitted by law, Essentials is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or any of its features, including any delay, failure or interruption of the Website, internet or system failures, changes to or discontinuation of features or offers, or events beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, strikes, civil disturbance, war or government action.
11.2. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount You paid for that order.
11.3. Nothing in these Terms limits any right You have under applicable Nepali consumer protection law.
